Claire’s call wakes Michael up: The police are in her apartment, search for a file.  He has taken the RiverOaks file and discovers that there is a missing note where Hector, the lawyer in charge of the eviction,. Mordecai suggests starting a lawsuit against company.days later Michael meets Hector in Drake & Sweeney’s offices in Chicago. . With the evidence that the eviction was illegal, he goes back to Mordecai’s office in Washington.
